Mirador

PRODUCT DETAILS

The Mirador 88S 10ft x 12ft Louvered Pergola is a charcoal metal pergola with crank-operated louvers sold at Home Depot — and BlueFiks Pros provides expert Mirador pergola installation service nationwide.

The 88S measures about 143.68" x 119.28" x 94.8" and weighs 395 lbs. It combines an aluminum and alloy steel frame with galvanized steel louvers that open up to 93° by crank and seal shut for a watertight roof in rain, with Mirador's patented integrated drainage system channeling water away. With professional assembly and anchoring it is rated for 78.5 mph winds and a 15.7 psf snow load, backed by a 2+1 year limited warranty.

Mirador's wind and snow ratings apply with professional assembly and anchoring — so how it is installed matters. Our BlueFiks certified team assembles the frame, aligns and tests the louver system and drainage and anchors the posts with the included expansion bolts or the right hardware for your surface.
